RACHEL BASKETBALL CAMP

Rachel had a fun and tiring week at basketball camp. Our church offered a camp and when I asked her if she was interested she said yes. Her friend from church, Elizabeth, also went to the camp. Rachel really enjoyed herself and wants to play in a winter league. Way to go Rachel!

BRETT THE JET

I think it's really too bad how things turned out between the Green Bay Packers and Brett Favre. My opinion: they should have allowed him to unretire, return to the team he's lead for 16 years, and told Aaron Rodgers to wait one more year. I'm happy Brett called their bluff and didn't take the million dollar please stay retired package. I hope Brett does well with his new team, the New York Jets and honestly, I hope the Packers stumble/fumble a lot this year.

SUMMER HAPPENINGS ...

Rachel went to a camp at the Brookfield zoo so one day Lindsey, Allie and I visited the animals while Rachel was at camp. We love the Brookfield Zoo!

We went to the cabin in Wisconsin for the 4th of July weekend and spent two beautiful days on Lake Camelot with my cousin Jeff and his family. Absolutely gorgeous weather!
